摘  要:本文系统梳理了国际绿色建筑低碳技术发展现状,分析了美国、德国、日本在推动绿色建筑技术发展的路径和主要措施,总结国际建筑绿色低碳技术发展趋势。同时分析我国绿色建筑领域技术高质量发展现状,分析取得的成就和不足,结合国际发展情况,提出进一步推动我国绿色建筑领域技术高质量发展的建议。This paper systematically combs through the low-carbon technology development status of international Green Buildings,analyzes the development paths and main measures of the United States,Germany and Japan in promoting Green Building technology,and summarizes the development trend of green and low-carbon technology of international buildings.At the same time,it analyzes the status quo of high-quality development of technology in the field of Green Building in China,summarizes the achievements and shortcomings,and puts forward suggestions to further promote the high-quality development of Green Building technology in China in combination with the international development situation.
