摘　　要：随着全球能源结构转型与可持续发展需求的日益迫切,氢能作为清洁高效的能源载体,正逐步融入建筑领域,驱动建筑产业向绿色低碳方向转型。本研究首先阐释了现代建筑产业新质生产力的内涵及其特征,其次从居住品质提升、产业转型升级及能源结构优化等多重维度,分析了“好房子”与现代建筑产业新质生产力融合的必要性,再次,对融合过程中的技术、管理、市场及政策等影响因素进行了深入分析,进而提出了强化氢能技术研发、构建绿色建筑标准、促进产业链协同与跨界融合、完善政策体系与市场激励机制等具体策略。本研究旨在为推动建筑产业绿色发展、实现“好房子”愿景提供理论依据与实践路径。With the increasing urgency of global energy structure transformation and sustainable development needs,hydrogen energy,as clean and efficient energy carrier,is gradually integrated into the construction field,driving the transformation of the building industry towards green and lowcarbon direction.This research first explains the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productivity of the modern building industry,and then analyzes the necessity of the integration of“better housing”and the new quality productivity of the modern building industry from multiple dimensions such as the improvement of living quality,industrial transformation and upgrading,energy structure optimization,etc.Thirdly,the influencing factors such as technology,management,market and policy in the process of integration are analyzed in depth,and then specific strategies such as strengthening the research and development of hydrogen energy technology,building Green Building standards,promoting industrial chain coordination and cross-border integration,and improving the policy system and market incentive mechanism are proposed.This research aims to provide theoretical basis and practical path for promoting the green development of the building industry and realizing the vision of“better housing”.
