摘 要:近年来,随着城镇化进程的快速发展,房屋的新建、加建情况日益增多,遮挡相邻建筑导致人们居住环境日照时间变少的日照权纠纷案件也逐年增加。本文结合以往工程经验,总结了适合于检测鉴定的日照时数表示方法,归纳了农村房屋、别墅房屋、城镇房屋日照计算特点。通过对不同情况下遮挡建筑和被遮挡建筑的计算分析,分析影响日照时数的相关因素,为建筑物的日照分析提供计算方法和参考案例,也为相邻建筑日照权纠纷检测鉴定提供参考和帮助。In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,the number of new and additional buildings has increased,while the number of sunlight right disputes caused by the shading of adjacent buildings has also increased year by year.This paper combines previous engineering experience to summarize suitable methods for detecting and identifying sunlight hours,and summarizes the characteristics of sunlight calculation for rural housing,villa housing,and urban housing respectively.Through the calculation and analysis of shading buildings and buildings affected by shading in different situations,the paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting sunlight hours and provides calculation methods and reference cases for building sunlight analysis,which could provide reference for sunlight right disputes detection and identification of adjacent buildings.
