摘　　要：文章通过对4G/5G MRO数据进行深入研究与挖潜,利用MRO数据中UE上报服务小区以及对应4G/5G邻区的电平、SINR等信息,在负载均衡优化、互操作参数优化、室内4G/5G同覆盖评估、反向定位干扰小区四个方面展开创新应用,并进行现网有效试点验证,本方案分析成本低廉,利用海量的UE测量数据定位准确,利用自有的大数据平台的中台能力,后台中台智能化分析效率更高。This paper conducts in-depth research and exploration on 4G/5G MRO data,focusing on utilizing the UE-reported service cell and corresponding 4G/5G neighbor cell information in MRO data,to innovate and apply in four aspects:load balancing optimization,interoperation parameter optimization,indoor 4G/5G co-coverage evaluation,and reverse positioning of same-frequency interference cells.The proposed solution has been effectively piloted in the live network,demonstrating its low cost,accurate positioning using massive UE measurement data,low latency leveraging the capabilities of the proprietary big data platform,and higher efficiency in intelligent analysis through the backend's middle platform.
