烷基糖苷合成及在液晶保湿膏霜中的应用研究

摘　　要：用超强固体酸S_(2)^(2-)O_(8)/Zr O_(2)(SZ)催化一步法合成十二烷基糖苷(APG1214),再以APG1214为主乳化剂、芦荟提取物为活性物设计配方和工艺,制备出一款液晶保湿膏霜。使用高低温交变试验箱、冰箱和干燥箱研究膏霜耐温性能,并辅助偏光显微镜观察其液晶结构的稳定性;通过粘度计流变系统研究膏霜粘度在不同剪切外力下的效应,考察其流变特性;通过皮肤测定仪测定4 h内皮肤含水量变化率,评价其保湿性能。研究发现此款膏霜膏体洁白细腻、晶亮,耐温稳定性好,液晶马耳他结构稳定;膏体具有剪切变稀的特性;涂抹后皮肤含水量变化率呈上升趋势。结果表明此款膏霜稳定性能好,具有优良的铺展性和肤感,保湿水润且不油腻,可以为干性皮肤秋冬季保湿滋养提供帮助。A liquid crystal moisturizing cream was prepared by one-step synthesis of dodecyl glycoside (APG1214)catalyzed by super strong solid acid S_(2)^(2-)O_8/Zr O_(2)(SZ),using APG1214 as emulsifier and aloe extract as active substance.The stability of the cream in the temperature resistance experiment was observed by a high and low temperature alternating test chamber,refrigerator,drying cabinet and polarizing microscope.The rheological properties were investigated by studying the viscosity of the cream under different shear forces with rheological system of viscometer.The change rate o skin water content within 4 h was measured by skin analyzer to evaluate its moisture retention performance.The research found that the appearance of cream was white,delicate and bright,had good temperature resistance and stable liquid crystal Maltese structure.The cream had the characteristics of shear thinning.The change rate of skin water content after application showed an upward trend.The results showed that the cream had good stability,excellent spreading and skin feeling,moisturizing and not greasy,which could help dry skin moisturizing and nourishing in autumn and winter.
