摘 要:钛铝多层复合材料作为一种新型复合材料,具有比传统合金材料更优异的性能,因而拥有广阔的应用前景。选择合适的制备方法,优化其制备工艺成为提高复合材料整体性能的关键。本文主要系统研究了热压复合法中的关键工艺参数对Ti/Al多层复合材料界面形貌、元素分布及拉伸性能的影响。结果发现热压温度是影响连接过程的主要关键参数,升高温度可以增加原子之间互扩散,复合材料的拉伸性能也得以提高;当达到一定温度时界面会有化合物新相生成,使复合材料的拉伸性能有所下降。改变热压压力以及表面状态对界面结构、元素分布及物相结构均无明显影响,但适当增大压力可以提高界面冶金结合力,提高复合材料的拉伸性能。As a new type of composite material,Ti-Al multilayer composite has better properties than traditional alloy materials,thus it has broad application prospects.Selecting the appropriate preparation method and optimizing the preparation process are the key factors to improving the overall properties of the composite.The key parameters of hot-pressing were systematically studied in order to investigate the effects on the interface morphology,element distribution and tensile properties of Ti/Al multilayer composites.The results showed that hot pressing temperature was the key parameter which affected the bonding process.Increasing the temperature could accelerate the interdiffusion between atoms,and improve the tensile properties of the composites.When the temperature reached a certain level,new compound phase formed at the interface,which reduced the tensile property of the composite.The hot pressing pressure and surface state of the material didn't have obvious effects on the interface structure,element distribution and the phase structure.However,increasing pressure to the appropriate value could improve the interface metallurgical bonding force and the tensile property of the composite.
