摘 要:研究了快速检测光降解PVC、PP塑料性能的方法;利用波长365 nm的紫外光、在40℃条件下,辅助以质量浓度2%的纳米TiO_(2)对PVC、PP塑料进行光降解;通过紫外可见光谱、红外光谱等对其进行光降解前后的结构表征。结果表明:紫外可见光谱中光降解后的样品明显在250~350 nm的区域有吸收,PVC、PP经过紫外光照产生了双键;红外光谱图中PVC样品光降解后生成含C=O基的不饱和自由基、PP样品光降解后生成叔碳自由基和不饱和烯烃,均能证明塑料样品发生了降解,相比失重法用于判断塑料降解更为有效;光谱分析法是一种简便、快捷、准确的方法。A rapid method for detecting the properties of photodegradable PVC and PP plastics was studied.Under the condition of 40 ℃,UV light with wavelength of 365 nm was used to assist the photodegradation of PVC and PP plastics with 2% TiO_(2).The structure of plastic samples before and after photodegradation was analyzed by ultraviolet visible and infrared spectrometers,so as to quickly detect the degradation performance of plastic samples.The results showed that the photodegraded samples had obvious absorption in the region of 250 to 350 nm in UV-VIS spectrum,and PVC and PP had double bonds after UV irradiation.In infrared spectra,unsaturated free radicals containing C=O group were generated after photodegradation of PVC sample,and tertiary carbon free radicals and unsaturated olefin were generated after photodegradation of PP sample,both of which can prove the degradation of plastic samples.Compared with weight loss method,it was more effective to judge plastic degradation.Spectral analysis is a simple,quick and accurate method.
