摘  要:赤霉酸是一种有毒的化学物质,应用范围很广泛,但同时也存在一定的安全隐患,赤霉酸对人体的副作用主要包括引起过敏反应、损害肝脏、引起胃肠道不适、损害肾脏功能、引起血液系统疾病等,本文研究了高效液相色谱-串联质谱/质谱法检测水果中赤霉酸残留的方法。结果:方法线性范围2.0~150.0μg/L,线性相关系数R^(2)大于0.999 5,在10、100、200μg/kg 3个添加水平回收率74.4%~103.8%,相对标准偏差4.1%~4.6%。分析并优化国标法的前处理及仪器条件:节省试剂和时间成本,提高检测效率。Gibberellic acid is a toxic chemical substance with a wide range of applications,but it also has certain safety hazards.The side effects of Gibberellic acid on the human body mainly include causing allergic reactions,damaging the liver,causing gastrointestinal discomfort,damaging kidney function,and causing blood system diseases.The method of detecting residual Gibberellic acid in fruits by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry was studied.The linear range of the method was 2.0 μg/L to 150.0 μg/L,with a linear correlation coefficient R~2 greater than 0.999 5.The recovery rate was 74.4% to 103.8% at three levels of 10,100 and 200 μg/kg,and the relative standard deviation was 4.1% to 4.6%.The pre-treatment and instrument conditions of the national standard method,including save reagent and time costs,and improve detection efficiency,were analyzed and optimized.
