摘  要:原设计处理规模为1 500 m^(3)/d的某现代农业产业园污水处理厂现进水具有水质水量波动大,悬浮物、有机污染物含量高等特点,设计采用“预处理-二级处理-深度处理”分级串联组合处理工艺进行改造,改造工程设计处理规模3 000 m^(3)/d,吨水改造投资0.43万元/m^(3),改造后,经过1 a运行,效果良好,COD_(Cr)、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP出水平均浓度分别达到40 mg/L、 0.5 mg/L、10 mg/L、0.5 mg/L以内,去除率达98.98%、99.69%、94.52%、99.34%以上。出水稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,综合运行费用为6.47元/t水,改造工程解决了园区发展的瓶颈,改善了周围水体环境。The sewage treatment plant of a modern agricultural industrial park with an original designed treatment capacity of 1 500 m^(3)/d has the characteristics of large fluctuations in water quality and quantity,high content of suspended solids and organic pollutants.The design adopts a “pre treatment secondary treatment deep treatment” hierarchical series combination treatment process for renovation.The design treatment capacity of the renovation project was 3 000 m^(3)/d,and the investment for per ton water renovation was 4 300 yuan/m^(3).After one year of operation,the effect was good,including COD_(Cr),NH_(3)-N,TN.The average concentration of TP effluent reached within 40 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,10 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L,respectively,with removal rates of 98.98%,99.69%,94.52% and 99.34% or more.The stable effluent met the Class A standard of the “Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002),with a comprehensive operating cost of 6.47 yuan per ton of water.The renovation project solved the bottleneck of the park's development and improves the surrounding water environment.
