摘  要:活性污泥法是常见的石油化工废水处理法之一。为探究不同运行参数对石油化工废水中COD与氨氮的降解能力以及活性污泥中微生物群落结构的变化。本实验调节pH与温度,观察其对石油化工废水处理效率的影响,实验结果表明,调控前石油化工废水中COD与氨氮的去除率仅为63%与67%。调控后COD与氨氮的去除率达到80%以上,最适运行参数为在pH在7左右、温度为28℃。通过高通测序技术,发现调控前与调控后微生物群落优势菌种不变,但调控后Actinobacteriota的相对丰度明显增加。本研究为后续调整运行参数对降解污染物能力的影响提供了理论依据。Activated sludge process is one of the common petrochemical wastewater treatment methods.In order to explore the degradation ability of COD and ammonia nitrogen in petrochemical wastewater by different operating parameters and the change of microbial community structure in activated sludge,pH and temperature were adjusted to observe their effects on the treatment efficiency of petrochemical wastewater.The experimental results showed that the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen in petrochemical wastewater before regulation were only 63% and 67%.After regulation,the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen reached more than 80%,and the optimal operating parameters were around pH of 7 and temperature of 28 ℃.Through high-pass sequencing technology,it was found that the dominant species of microbial community remained unchanged before and after regulation,but the relative abundance of Actinobaciota increased significantly after regulation.This study provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent adjustment of the impact of operating parameters on the ability to degrade pollutants.
