摘　　要：乳化液废水具有成分复杂,COD含量高,稳定性高等特点,处理难度大。在生产、使用和处理过程中会对环境和工人带来巨大的威胁,被认为是机械加工生产过程中最大的污染源。本文介绍了德阳地区某机械加工车间乳化液废水的工程实例,采用“预过滤+三相分离+低温蒸发浓缩+陶瓷膜分离”处理的“低温蒸发”工艺,处理后出水达到《GB18918-2002城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》和《DB51/2311-2016四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》的要求。Emulsion wastewater is difficult to be treated because of its complex composition,high COD content and high stability.In the process of production,use and treatment will bring great threat to the environment and workers,is considered to be the biggest pollution source in the process of mechanical processing.An engineering example of emulsion wastewater from a mechanical processing workshop in Deyang area was introduced.The “low temperature evaporation” process of “pre-filtration+three-phase separation+low temperature evaporation concentration+ceramic membrane separation” was adopted.The effluent after treatment met the requirements of GB18918-2002 Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants and DB51/2311-2016 Pollutant Discharge Standard for Minjiang river and Tuojiang River Basin of Sichuan Province.
