摘　　要：焦炉煤气净化是焦化企业的重要生产工序,在此过程中煤气中的焦油、粗苯等化产品被回收利用。净化过的焦炉煤气既是一种气体燃料,也是制备高纯度氢气、液化天然气等清洁能源的重要原料。煤气净化普遍存在资源消耗量大,能耗过高等问题。在本文中,我们提出了多种节能措施,这些措施降低了生产过程的各种能耗,对企业的绿色可持续发展有着积极的意义。Coke oven gas-purification is an important production process in coke enterprises,during this process,crude benzene and other chemical products in the gas are recycled.The purified coke oven gas is not only a gas fuel,but also an important raw material for producing high purity hydrogen,liquefied natural gas and other clean energy.Gas purification generally has the problem of large resource consumption and high energy consumption.A variety of energy-saving measures was put forward to improve the utilization of resources,effectively reduce energy consumption,these measures reduced all kinds of energy consumption in the production process,and had positive significance for the green and sustainable development of enterprises.
