摘　　要：越南在“革新开放”后致力于市场经济转型,积极推动建立适应市场经济的法律体系,日本的法律技术援助活动对此起到了重要的推动作用。在法律起草、法律的执行和运用,以及法律人才培养等核心援助领域,日本的援助模式获得了越南政府的高度评价。近年来日本开始利用“法治”作为一种意识形态因素,服务于其在亚太的“价值观”外交战略布局,因此法律技术援助呈现政治化转向,或对中越关系构成一定挑战,我国应当引起注意。After Doi Moi(renovation and opening up),Vietnam has committed to the transition to a market economy,actively promoting the establishment of a legal system suited to this transition,in which Japan’s legal technical assistance has played an important role.Japan’s assistance model has been highly valued by the Vietnamese government in such core areas as legal drafting,legal enforcement,and legal talent development.Recent years have witnessed Japan’s use of the“rule of law”as an ideological tool to serve its value-driven diplomacy in the Asia-Pacific region.Therefore,this politicization of legal technical assistance may pose certain challenges to China-Vietnam relations,which China should take note of.
