浙江省新型城镇化与农业现代化水平研究——基于耦合协调和时空演变分析

摘  要:当前,我国正积极推进新型城镇化与农业现代化的双轮驱动,实现城乡融合发展。浙江省作为新时代农业现代化的先行示范区和新型城镇化先导区,一直着力提升城市基础设施建设,推动城市规划和管理创新。文章在论述浙江省新型城镇化与农业现代化现状前提下,运用熵值法来测算新型城镇化与农业现代化发展水平,然后通过耦合度与耦合协调度模型,测算得出二者的耦合协调度,同时运用时空演变分析其在发展过程中的特征。研究结果表明,浙江省新型城镇化与农业现代化之间存在一定的耦合关系,但目前发展不平衡、不协调的问题较为突出。基于研究结果,总结梳理存在的问题,提出促进浙江省新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调发展的政策建议和实施路径。China is actively promoting the dual drivers of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization to achieve integrated urban-rural development.As a leading demonstration zone for agricultural modernization and a pioneer in new-type urbanization,Zhejiang Province has been focusing on improving urban infrastructure and promoting innovation in urban planning and management.This study examines the current state of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization in Zhejiang,using the entropy method to assess their development levels.Through the coupling degree and coupling coordination models,the coordination level between these two processes is calculated,and their development characteristics are analyzed using spatio-temporal evolution.The research results indicate a degree of coupling between new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization in Zhejiang Province,but significant imbalances and lack of coordination persist.Based on the research findings,the study identifies existing challenges and proposes policy recommendations and implementation paths to promote the coordinated development of new-type urbanization and agricultural modernization in Zhejiang Province.
