摘 要:近年来,山火造成电力线路故障与故障放电引起山火经常存在较大争议,对2种灾害场景进行区分是电网灾后调查的关键。系统考虑2种灾害场景既能减少火烧山引起的电网故障,也能为判断灾害的成因提供判断依据。对现有线路故障放电引燃植被及火焰灼烧引起故障等相关研究进行了综述,介绍了现有树线试验方法、人工智能识别算法和高阻接地故障的检测技术、接地故障消弧技术,提出了森林火灾与电气故障先后发生时序的判别技术,期望能对树线矛盾故障分析与防治技术的研究以及灾害的成因分析判断提供借鉴。In recent years,there has been considerable debate surrounding the correlation between wildfires causing power line failures and power line faults sparking wildfires.Distinguishing between these two disaster scenarios is crucial for post-disaster investigations in power distribution networks.A systematic condisdering of two scenarios can not only reduce power line failures caused by wildfires but also provide a basis for determining the cause of disasters.This paper reviews existing research on vegetation ignition caused by power line fault discharges and faults induced by flame exposure.It introduces current tree-to-line experimental methods,artificial intelligence-based recognition algorithms,and high-resistance grounding fault detection technologies,and arcextinguishing techniques for grounding faults.This paper presents a sequence identification technique for forest fires and electrical faults,hoping to provide reference for the analysis and prevention of tree-to-line contradiction faults,as well as the analysis and judgment of disaster causes.
