摘 要:中压配电系统线路导线触树故障的准确识别,对于降低森林火灾风险、明确导线触树故障高风险线路等具有重要意义。目前,导线触树故障应利用何种时间尺度下、何种故障电气量的变化特征进行识别尚不明确,导致现有识别方法的可靠性与适用性难以得到保证。为此,基于导线触树故障的理论分析与真型试验结果,给出了在毫秒级的短时间尺度以及秒级的长时间尺度下,不同发展阶段零序电压与零序电流的变化特征,分析了现有识别方法存在的适用性与局限性。综合分析结果,阐明了应利用长时间尺度下零序电流的变化特征作为导线触树故障识别的依据,为今后导线触树故障的识别以及面向林火防治的继电保护策略等提供理论及方法支撑。Accurately identifying tree-to-wire faults in medium-voltage distribution system is of significant importance for reducing the risk of forest fires and identifying high-risk lines prone to tree-to-wire faults.Currently,it remains unclear which kind of time scale and electrical quantity variation characteristics should be utilized to identify tree-to-wire faults,leading to uncertainty regarding the reliability and applicability of existing identification methods.Therefore,based on theoretical analysis and real-scale experimental results of tree-to-wire faults,this study presents the characteristics of zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current variations at both millisecond-scale short time scales and second-scale long time scales during different stages of development.The applicability and limitations of existing identification methods are analyzed.Through comprehensive analysis,it is clarified that the variation characteristics of zero-sequence current at long time scales should be used as the basis for identifying tree-to-wire faults,providing theoretical and methodological support for future identification of tree-to-wire faults and relay protection strategies for forest fire prevention and control.
