摘 要:针对架空导线单相触树接地故障发生时刻难以估计的问题,搭建10 kV导线触树真型试验平台,通过观察试验现象厘清故障发展机理,归纳基于温升机理的故障零序电流上升共性特征,提出一种基于零序电流有效值长时窗线性拟合的导线触树故障起始时刻估计法。仿真和试验结果表明,相比于传统阈值法,该方法在故障起始时刻的估计误差最高可降低84.51%,为森林火灾责任认定提供了重要的理论支撑。To address the challenge of estimating the occurrence time of tree contact single-phase-to-ground fault in overhead conductors,a 10 kV conductor-to-tree real-scale test platform was established.By observing the experimental phenomena,the fault development mechanism was elucidated,and the common characteristics of fault zero-sequence current rise based on the thermal effect mechanism were summarized.A method for estimating the fault initiation time of conductor-to-tree contact based on the long-time window linear coupling of the effective value of zero-sequence current was proposed.Simulation and experimental results indicate that,compared to the traditional threshold method,this approach reduces the estimation error of the fault initiation time by up to 84.51%.It provides important theoretical support for the determination of responsibility in forest fires.
