摘 要:俄乌战争爆发以来,双方在探测预警、指挥控制、火力打击过程中信息化有人/无人装备、精确制导武器的运用,无一不证明了信息化联合作战的到来。俄乌战争中,高战损对乌军持续保持有效的作战能力构成了极大的挑战。作战人员快速形成作战能力,生成战场补给对于作战支援至关重要。随着装备信息化、智能化程度的提升,传统的训练方法已难以支撑作战人员高效掌握信息化复杂作战装备,生成联合作战能力,训练方法必须随装备不断演进,探索一条装训融合发展的道路。Since the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian war,both sides have demonstrated the arrival of information-based joint operations through the use of manned/unmanned equipment and precision guided weapons in detection,early warning,command and control,and firepower strikes.In the Russo-Ukrainian War,high combat losses posed a great challenge to the Ukrainian military's ability to maintain effective combat capabilities.The rapid formation of combat capabilities by combat personnel and the generation of battlefield supplies are crucial for combat support.With the improvement of equipment informatization and intelligence,traditional training methods are no longer able to support combat personnel in efficiently mastering complex information-based combat equipment and generating joint combat capabilities.Training methods must constantly evolve with equipment and explore a path of integrated development of equipment and training.
