摘  要:遥泵(ROPA)系统凭借低成本、长距离传输、无中继等优点逐渐成为研究热点,海洋光传输环境复杂、施工成本高、难维护等特点正适合遥泵系统发挥作用。远程增益单元(RGU)利用了掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的原理,是遥泵系统的关键与特点所在。光信号在长纤中传输需要考虑非线性效应的影响,拉曼放大器就是对受激拉曼散射的利用。遥泵系统随着距离的增加,泵浦功率也会提高,非线性效应也会产生更大影响,利用仿真软件VPI可以不断尝试搭配多种放大器,对非线性效应进行约束与利用,从而得到高性能的传输模型。遥泵系统在海洋的长距离光传输中应用场景广泛,潜力巨大,通过合理设计能够提供高可靠性的光传输方案。Remote pumping(ROPA)systems have gradually become a research hotspot due to their advantages such as low cost,long-distance transmission,and no relay.The complex ocean light transmission environment,high construction costs,and difficulty in maintenance are characteristics that are suitable for remote pumping systems to play a role.The remote gain unit(RGU)utilizes the principle of erbium doped fiber amplifier(EDFA),which is the key and characteristic of the remote pumping system.The transmission of optical signals in long fibers requires consideration of nonlinear effects,and Raman amplifiers utilize stimulated Raman scattering.As the distance increases,the pump power of the remote pumping system will also increase,and nonlinear effects will also have a greater impact.By using simulation software VPI,various amplifiers can be continuously tried to constrain and utilize nonlinear effects,thus obtaining high-performance transmission models.The remote pumping system has a wide range of application scenarios and huge potential in long-distance optical transmission in the ocean.Through reasonable design,it can provide a highly reliable optical transmission solution.
