摘 要:论文提出了一种反射型超宽带极化旋转单元,它的单元顶层图案是由一个双开口谐振环和矩形金属条带组合而成。首先,将设计的极化旋转单元在电磁仿真软件中进行仿真优化,并获得其在不同极化入射波下的反射系数;然后研究了单元在电磁波不同入射角下的性能,并对主要结构参数进行分析并总结;最后将该单元与不同极化旋转单元的性能进行比较分析。结果表明,该反射型极化旋转表面的极化旋转效率超过了90%,工作带宽为6 GHz~18 GHz,相对带宽达到100%,并且该极化旋转表面在0°~40°入射角范围内仍有较好的性能;与现有极化旋转单元相比,该单元在带宽,极化旋转效率和结构设计方面也更具有优势。In this paper,a reflective ultra-wideband polarized rotating cell is proposed,which has a cell top pattern that is a combination of a double-open resonant ring and a rectangular metal strip.Firstly,the designed polarization rotating cell is simulated and optimized in electromagnetic simulation software,and its reflection coefficients under different polarization incident waves are obtained.Then,the performance of the cell under different incidence angles of electromagnetic waves is investigated,and the main structural parameters are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the performance of the cell is compared and analyzed with that of different polarization rotating cells.The results show that the polarization rotation efficiency of this reflective polarized rotating surface is more than 90%,the operating bandwidth is from 6 GHz to 18 GHz,and the relative bandwidth reaches 100%,and the polarized rotating surface still has better performance in the range of 0°~40°incidence angle.Compared with the existing polarized rotating units,this unit also has more advantages in terms of the bandwidth,the polarization rotation efficiency,and the structural design.
