摘  要:限幅器作为重要的微波控制器件,在各类微波接收系统中应用广泛,大功率微波信号可能导致接收机灵敏度下降甚至失效。为了更好地保护接收系统,介绍了一种基于PIN二极管的大功率微波限幅器,采用先将大功率信号3 dB电桥分为两路,待信号经过限幅电路后,再将两路小信号合路输出的设计方式,有效地提高了限幅器功率容量。测试结果表明,在1.2 GHz~1.4 GHz频带内,插损小于0.8 dB,驻波小于1.3,可承受脉宽100μs,占空比1%,峰值功率大于1 500 W,限幅输出电平小于12 dBm,该限幅器插入损耗小、驻波性能优良,功率容量高,能够明显提高接收系统的可靠性,在雷达系统中应用前景广阔。As an important microwave control device,limiters are widely used in various microwave receiving systems.High power microwave signals may lead to a decrease in receiver sensitivity or even failure.In order to better protect the receiving system,a high-power microwave limiter based on PIN diodes is introduced.The design method is to first divide the high-power signal 3 dB bridge into two channels,wait for the signal to pass through the limiting circuit,and then combine the two small signals for output,effectively improving the power capacity of the limiter.The test results show that in the frequency band of 1.2 GHz to 1.4 GHz,the insertion loss is less than 0.8 dB,the standing wave ratio is less than 1.3,the pulse width is 100μs,the duty ratio is 1%,the peak power is more than 1500 W,and the output level of limiting amplitude is less than 12 dBm.The limiter has small insertion loss,excellent standing wave performance and high power resistance.It can obviously improve the reliability of the receiving system and has a broad application prospect in the radar system.
