摘  要:大型抽水蓄能机组普遍存在着或多或少的轴承油雾问题。油雾问题给机组的安全稳定运行构成潜在的威胁并影响电站的环境指标。本文针对轴承油雾问题从油雾形成机理、油雾密封及油雾处理进行试验研究,提出了解决油雾问题的有效措施,研究表明:改进轴承结构、恰当控制油位,合理布局油槽结构,配置油档、气封和油雾分离器并设置好参数,可有效解决油雾问题。本研究成果可为抽水蓄能机组设计及电站实际油雾问题解决提供方案和借鉴。Large pumped-storage hydro-units commonly encounter varying degrees of bearing oil mist issues.These oil mist problems pose potential threats to the safe and stable operation of the units and adversely affect the environmental indicators of power stations.This paper conducts experimental research on the bearing oil mist issue,focusing on the formation mechanism of oil mist,oil mist sealing,and oil mist treatment.Effective measures to address the oil mist problem are proposed.The research demonstrates that improving bearing structures,appropriately controlling oil levels,logically arranging oil groove structures,and equipping with oil baffles,gas seals,and oil mist separators with well-set parameters can effectively resolve the oil mist issue.The findings of this study can provide solutions and references for the design of large pumped-storage hydro-units and the practical resolution of oil mist problems in power stations.
