摘 要:三相电机的分数槽绕组通常采用6×60°标准相带进行设计,其并联支路数必须为每相槽数和极数的公因数才能实现三相平衡。据此,当极对数为奇数时不能实现4支路平衡绕组。某些水轮发电机由于并联支路数受此限制而无法设计得具有合理的电磁参数和经济性。本文提出一种新的设计方法—环状相带设计法,可以避免标准相带设计理论中对于并联支路数的限制,在极对数为奇数时仍然能够采用4支路三相平衡绕组,解决了抽水蓄能电站用大容量14极发电电动机的最佳电磁设计问题。文中详细描述了环状相带的电气短距效应的构成方法,给出了包括铁心振动计算所需的分数次谐波在内的所有谐波的分布系数和短距系数的计算公式。Fractional-slot winding of 3-phase electric machine is usually designed with the 6×60°standard phase-band method,and the number of parallel paths must be the common factors of the number of slots per phase and number of poles to achieve a balanced 3-phase winding.Based on this,it is not possible to achieve 4-paralle path balanced winding when the number of pole pairs is odd.Due to the limitation of the number of parallel paths,some hydro-electric generators cannot be designed with reasonable electromagnetic parameters and economy.In this work,a new design method—the loop phase-belt method—is proposed,which can avoid the limitation of the number of parallel paths in the standard phase-band method.When the number of pole-pairs is odd,4 parallel paths winding can still be used as a balanced 3-phase winding,which solves the problem of the optimal electromagnetic design for the large capacity 14-pole generator/motor used in the pumped storage station.In this paper,the configuration method of electrical short pitch effect of the loop phase-belts is described,and the distribution factor and pitch factor of all the harmonics including the fractional-harmonics required for the calculation of core vibration are given.
