摘  要:本文通过1200℃热等静压工艺在水轮机过流部件06Cr13Ni4Mo钢表面制备Mo_(2)FeB_(2)基金属陶瓷覆层,采用OM、SEM和EDS对金属陶瓷覆层的组织及其与基体的冶金结合进行表征,采用硬度仪检测覆层的显微维氏硬度。结果表明:Mo_(2)FeB_(2)基金属陶瓷覆层组织均匀,与钢基体完全融合,微观组织由硬质相和基体相组成,硬质相主要呈等轴块状和少量长条状,均匀分布于基体中;覆层组织的显微维氏硬度为1180 HV1。热等静压后不锈钢基体的强度、硬度降低,塑韧性提高。In this paper,Mo2FeB2-based cermets coating is prepared on the surface of 06Cr13Ni4Mo steel in the turbine overflow component by 1200℃hot isostatic pressing process,the microstructure of the metal-ceramic coating layer and its metallurgical bonding with the substrate are characterized by OM,SEM and EDS,and the Vickers hardness of the coating is detected by hardness tester.The results show that the Mo2FeB2-based cermets coating is homogeneous,and steel matrix completely fused,microstructure by the hard phase and matrix phase composition,hard phase is mainly block and a small amount of long stripes,uniform distribution in the matrix;coating microstructure of the Vickers hardness of 1180 HV1.The strength and hardness of the stainless steel matrix is reduced and the plasticity is increased after hot isostatic pressing.
