摘　　要：在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中,公众参与理念被引入政策过程。智库通过社交媒体发表观点、对策和建议,间接参与政策过程,在协商决策等方面发挥积极作用。文章总结国内外关于智库参与政策过程、社交媒体与政策过程、智库与社交媒体等方面的研究成果,以期为我国新型智库影响力的提升提供借鉴。To promote the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity,the concept of public participation has been introduced into the policy process.Think tanks indirectly participate in the policy process by expressing opinions,responses and suggestions through social media,thus playing an active role in consultation and decision-making.This paper summarizes the research results at home and abroad on the participation of think tanks in the policy process,social media and the policy process,think tanks and social media,in order to provide references for improving the influence of China's new-type think tanks.
