公共文化服务可及性对易地扶贫搬迁群众新居住地认同感的影响

摘　　要：公共文化服务在丰富搬迁群众精神文化生活、促进搬迁群众融入新居住地等方面发挥重要作用。为探明公共文化服务可及性对易地搬迁群众新居住地认同感的具体影响,文章采用问卷调查和深度访谈相结合方法,在H省C县S社区开展调研分析。调研发现:公共文化服务可及性中的可得性、可达性、可接受性、可适应性与居民新居住地认同感显著正相关,其中可接受性、可适应性显著正向影响新居住地认同感的建立。建议丰富搬迁社区公共文化服务设施与活动,优化服务供给;重视搬迁居民异质性文化需求,促进供需匹配;提高公共文化服务获取能力,实现有效参与。Public cultural services play an important role in enriching the spiritual and cultural life of resettled people and promoting their integration in their new place of residence.In order to explore the specific impact of the accessibility of public cultural services on the sense of identity of resettled people in their new place of residence,the study examines and analyzes the community S in County C,Province H,through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews.The study shows that the availability,accessibility,acceptability,and adaptability of public cultural services are significantly and positively correlated with residents'sense of identity in their new place of residence,with acceptability and adaptability having a significant and positive effect on identity formation in the new place of residence.It is recommended that public cultural service facilities and activities in relocated communities should be enriched to optimize service delivery;that the heterogeneous cultural needs of relocated residents should be highlighted to better match supply and demand;and that the ability to access public cultural services should be enhanced to achieve effective participation.
