摘　　要：日本的护理岗位管理历经多个阶段的改革发展,目前已经拥有一套完整的护理岗位管理体系。文章从日本护理岗位设置、人力资源配置、岗位培训和岗位薪酬4方面进行介绍,并提出对我国护理岗位管理发展的启示,为我国建立健全完善的护理岗位管理制度提供借鉴。Nursing post management in Japan has gone through multiple stages of reform and development to currently achieve a complete nursing post management system.This paper introduces the four aspects of nursing in Japan,including job setting,human resource allocation,training and performance,and puts forward inspiration for the development of nursing post management in China to establish a sound and comprehensive nursing post management system.
