摘　　要：“十四五”时期,公立医院进入高质量发展新阶段,为进一步提升护理科学化管理水平,建立完善的护理岗位管理制度,深化护士岗位管理工作,文章总结了美国医院护理岗位管理的现状,从护理岗位设置、人力资源配置、在职培训、岗位进阶、薪酬分配等方面进行梳理归纳,以期为我国护理岗位管理工作提供参考。During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,public hospitals have entered a new stage of quality development.In order to further improve the level of scientific nursing management,establish a sound nursing post management system,and strengthen the nursing post management,this paper explores the current situation of nursing post management in American hospitals to integrate and summarize data referring to post setting,manpower allocation,training management,and salary distribution of nursing staff so as to provide reference for the implementation of nursing post management in our country.
