摘　　要：目的:对脑卒中患者口腔护理管理的相关文献进行范围综述,旨在为筛选和制定适用于我国脑卒中患者的口腔护理管理方案提供循证依据。方法:结合脑卒中口腔护理管理的相关文献,采用范围综述研究框架,在国内外9个数据库检索相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年10月13日。结果:纳入22篇文献,涉及口腔症状或口腔相关并发症10项、结局指标共27项。脑卒中患者口腔护理管理的主要内容包括口腔干预工具、口腔器官及周边组织、口腔干预措施、口腔健康评估4个方面。总体上缺乏多维性和普适性脑卒中患者口腔护理管理方案及标准化模型。结论:脑卒中患者口腔护理管理方案内容不一且仍处于发展阶段,有待临床进一步验证及完善,应根据患者、医院等具体情况构建和实施有针对性、可行性和有效性的口腔护理管理方案。Objective:To conduct a comprehensive review of the literature on oral care management for patients with stroke,and to provide evidence-based support for the screening and development of oral care management for patients with stroke in China.Methods:The framework of scoping review was used to search the literature on stroke oral care management in 9 databases from the inception to October 13,2023.Results:A total of 22 studies were included,covering 10 oral symptoms or related complications and a total of 27 outcome indicators.The oral care management included the development of oral intervention tools,the oral organs and surrounding tissues,the intervention measures and the oral assessment.While there was a lack of comprehensive and universal oral care management programs and standardized models for patients with stroke.Conclusion:The oral care management programs for stroke patients varies and are still in the developmental stage,which need to be further validated and improved in clinic practice.Targeted,feasible,and effective oral care management programs should be developed and implemented according to the specific patient and hospital circumstances.
