摘　　要：目的:探讨早期综合康复方案预防机械通气患者ICU获得性衰弱效果,为临床医护人员有效预防机械通气患者ICU获得性衰弱的发生提供参考。方法:便利选取2023年1月—12月入住南宁市某三级甲等医院ICU治疗的86例机械通气患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各43例。对照组实施常规护理和常规锻炼,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行早期综合康复训练。比较两组ICU获得性衰弱发生率、肌力评分、机械通气时间等。结果:77例患者完成研究,其中对照组38例,实验组39例。实验组ICU获得性衰弱发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组肌力评分、ICU活动量表评分、Barthel指数评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组机械通气时间、镇痛及镇静时间、ICU住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合康复方案是安全有效的,可提高患者肌力,有效预防ICU获得性衰弱的发生,促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on preventing ICUAcquired Weakness(ICU-AW)in patients with mechanical ventilation,and to provide reference for effective prevention of ICU-AW.Methods:A total of 86 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to the ICU of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanning from January to December 2023 were conveniently included,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 43 cases respectively.Those in the control group were with routine care and exercise,and those in the experimental group were with early comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of routine care.The incidence of ICU-AW,muscle strength score,time of mechanical ventilation,and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:A total of 77 patients,including 38 in the control group and 39 in the experimental group completed the study.The incidence of ICU-AW in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the muscle strength score,ICU mobility scale score,and Barthel index score of those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the duration of mechanical ventilation,analgesia and sedation,and the length of ICU stay of those in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early comprehensive rehabilitation program is safe and effective,which can improve the muscle strength of patients,effectively prevent the occurrence of ICU-AW,and promote the recovery of patients.
