摘　　要：牙周病已成为威胁居民健康的重要口腔问题之一。牙周病患者的疾病感知影响患者的口腔保健行为、治疗依从性和口腔健康相关生活质量,是医护人员实施干预的切入点。文章从牙周病患者的疾病感知现状、评估工具、影响变量、干预措施4个方面进行综述,旨在提高临床医护人员对牙周病患者疾病感知的关注,为开展提升牙周病患者疾病感知的实践提供参考依据。Periodontal disease has become one of the major oral problems threatening the health of people.The illness perception of patients with periodontal disease affects their oral health care behavior,treatment compliance and oral healthrelated quality of life.It is an entry point for oral healthcare professionals to implement interventions.This paper reviewed the illness perception in periodontal patients from the following areas:current situation,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures.It is expected to enhance the attention of clinical healthcare professionals on illness perception of periodontal patients,and to provide reference for practice on this area.
