摘　　要：造血干细胞移植患者重返工作岗位意味着继续保持原来的生活和日常活动,是其康复之路的里程碑,被视为回归正常生活的重要标志。文章阐述了造血干细胞移植患者重返工作的现状、影响因素及干预措施,旨在为制定我国患者重返工作策略提供参考。Returning to work means continuing to maintain the original life and daily activities,is a milestone on the road to recovery after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and is regarded as an important sign of returning to normal life.In this paper,we review the research status of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation returning to work,and review the influencing factors and intervention strategies for returning to work,in order to provide reference for formulating the strategy of returning to work for patients in China.
