摘　　要：结直肠癌患者一级亲属作为结直肠癌高风险人群相比于一般人群应开展更早期、更密集的结直肠癌筛查。但一级亲属筛查参与率未达到预期,结直肠癌发生率和病死率仍高于一般风险人群。因此,文章旨在从结直肠癌患者一级亲属的结直肠癌筛查行为现状、影响因素及促进措施进行综述,为促进结直肠癌患者一级亲属实施早期筛查及预防提供参考。First-degree relatives of patients with colorectal cancer,as a high-risk group of colorectal cancer,should undergo early and intensive colorectal cancer screening compared to the average-risk population.However,the participation rate of first-degree relatives screening was lower than expected,and their colorectal cancer incidence and mortality are higher than the average-risk population.This paper aims to review the status,influencing factors,and promotion measures of colorectal cancer screening behaviors in first-degree relatives of patients with colorectal cancer.The findings will provide references for promoting early screening and prevention of colorectal cancer among first-degree relatives.
