摘  要:碳系电热涂料以高电热转化率、安全稳定、适用性强等特点成为电热功能性涂料主流的研究方向。其中以石墨烯为导电填料的石墨烯电热涂料深受研究人员青睐,但是影响石墨烯电热涂料性能的因素众多,为此国内外科技工作者进行了大量的研究。综述了影响石墨烯电热涂料性能的因素,着重分析了制备工艺、界面效应、分散度、粘结剂等对石墨烯电热涂料性能的影响,最后指出了石墨烯电热涂料目前存在的问题并展望了其未来发展趋势。Carbon-based electrothermal coatings are the mainstream research direction of electrothermal functional coatings due to their high electrothermal conversion rate,safety,stability and strong applicability.Among them,graphene electrothermal coatings with graphene as conductive fillers are favored by researchers.However,there are many factors affecting the performance of graphene electrothermal coatings,and a lot of research has been carried out by scientists and technologists at home and abroad.In this paper,the influencing factors of graphene electrothermal coatings were reviewed,focusing on the effects of preparation process,interface effect,dispersion,binder and other factors on the properties of graphene electrothermal coatings.Finally,the problems of graphene thermal coatings were pointed out and the future development trend of graphene thermal coatings was expected.
