摘 要:采用非溶剂致相分离法,以聚醚砜(PES)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K90)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为原料制备PES亲水平板膜,探讨和分析了热处理工艺对PES亲水膜性能的影响。结果表明:热处理工艺对膜PVP溶出值影响较大,热处理温度越高,热处理时间越长,膜PVP溶出值越低。热处理温度对膜力学性能影响不大。随着热处理时间的增加,膜亲水性逐渐升高。热处理有利于膜水通量的提升,当热处理温度为80℃时,膜水通量为最大值。Hydrophilic polyethersulfone(PES)flat sheet membranes were prepared with PES,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP-K90)and dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as raw materials via the nonsolvent induce phase separation technique.The effects of thermal treatment conditions on the properties of hydrophilic PES membranes were systematically investigated.The results indicated that the thermal treatment conditions significantly influenced the dissolution value of PVP.PVP dissolution value of the membrane samples decreased as increasing the temperature and processing time of thermal treatment.The treatment temperature showed little effect on the mechanical properties of the membranes.The membrane hydrophilicity gradually increased with the increase of thermal treatment time.The pure water permeance of the membranes was enhanced by thermal treatment,and the maximum value was achieved when the treatment temperature was 80℃.
