摘 要:氧化纳米纤维素(TOCNF)薄膜是一种理想的食品包装材料,但因缺乏抗菌能力和紫外线屏蔽能力,因而应用受到限制。将TOCNF与纳米氧化锌(ZnONPs)通过逐层自组装的方式结合,制备了负载ZnONPs的抗菌和屏蔽紫外线的TOCNF/ZnONPs/TOCNF复合薄膜,解决了TOCNF无抗菌能力以及ZnONPs难负载、易脱落的问题。结果表明:随着ZnONPs的加入,复合薄膜对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑制作用;当ZnONPs添加量为9mL时,复合薄膜对紫外线(波长200~400nm)屏蔽效率达到100%;ZnONPs添加量为3mL时,复合薄膜的拉伸强度可达(110.97±1.95)MPa。Oxidized nanocellulose(TOCNF)films were an ideal material for food packaging,but their applications are limited due to the lack of antibacterial and UV shielding capabilities.TOCNF and zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnONPs)were combined by layer-by-layer self-assembly,and ZnONPs-loaded antibacterial and UV shielding TOCNF/ZnONPs/TOCNF composite films were prepared,which solved the problems of no antibacterial ability of TOCNF as well as the difficulty of loading and easy shedding of ZnONPs.The results showed that with the addition of ZnONPs,the composite films inhibited both S.aureus and E.coli;when the amount of ZnONPs added was 9mL,the shielding efficiency of the composite film against ultraviolet rays(wavelength of 200~400nm)reached 100%;when the amount of ZnONPs added was 3mL,the tensile strength of the composite film could reach(110.97±1.95)MPa.
