摘  要:以CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O-25%MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O为相变蓄冷基材,丙三醇作温度调节剂,制备一种新型空调蓄冷相变材料。CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O-25%MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O与丙三醇质量比为19∶1时复合相变材料的相变温度(11.24℃)适合空调蓄冷,且相变潜热值为119.15J/g。加入SrCl_(2)·6H_(2)O作成核剂,添加1.2%的SrCl_(2)·6H_(2)O时复合材料的过冷度几乎为零。经过50次热循环测试未见材料出现相分离,热稳定性能良好。With CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O-25wt%MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O serving as the phase change cold storage substrate and glycerol serving as the temperature regulator,a novel type of phase change material for air-conditioning cold storage was created.When the mass ratio of CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O-25wt%MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O to glycerol was 19∶1,the phase change temperature of the composite phase change material was 11.24℃,which was suitable for air-conditioning cold storage,with a latent heat value of 119.15J/g.When 1.2wt%of SrCl_(2)·6H_(2)O was added as nucleating agent,the supercooling degree of the composite material was almost zero.No phase separation was seen after 50 heat cycle testing,and the material's thermal stability was satisfactory.
