摘  要:以煤矸石为研究对象,探究了3种化学激发剂对煤矸石胶凝材料力学性能的影响,选取最优配比制备了煤矸石免烧砖。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜分析了化学激发剂的作用机理。煤矸石胶凝材料最佳配比为:活化温度800℃的煤矸石粉掺杂量90%,石灰掺杂量10%,脱硫石膏掺杂量1%,硫酸钠掺杂量0.5%(均为质量分数),在此条件下制备的煤矸石胶凝材料28d抗压强度最优,为17.02MPa。煤矸石胶凝材料水化产物中钙矾石、水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙和水化硅铝酸钙相互胶结,使得材料内部结构致密,提升了材料的强度,制备的煤矸石免烧砖达到JC/T422-2007中MU15强度标准。Taking coal gangue as the research object,the effects of three chemical activators on the mechanical properties of coal gangue cementitious materials were explored,and the best proportion was selected to prepare coal gangue baking-free bricks.The mechanism of action of chemical activator was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The optimal proportion of coal gangue cementitious materials was:90%of coal gangue powder with activation temperature of 800℃,10%of lime,1%of desulfurized gypsum,and 0.5%of sodium sulfate(all by mass fraction).The 28-day compressive strength of the coal gangue cementitious material prepared under these conditions was the best,which was 17.02MPa.Ettringite,calcium silicate hydrate,calcium aluminate hydrate and calcium aluminosilicate hydrate in the hydration product of coal gangue cementitious material were mutually cemented,which made the internal structure of the material compact and improved the strength of the material.The prepared coal gangue baking-free brick met the strength standard of MU15 in JC/T422-2007.
