摘 要:以硝酸盐为金属源,NaOH为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备Cu_(x)Co_(1-x)Al_(2)O_(4)(x=1,0.75,0.5,0.25,0)系列尖晶石型催化剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、N 2吸-脱附、扫描电镜(SEM)、NH_(3)^(-)程序升温脱附(NH_(3)^(-)TPD)等技术对催化剂进行表征。以乙醇作为苯胺的烷基化试剂催化合成N-乙基苯胺(N-EA),考察了催化剂元素组成、反应温度、胺醇摩尔比、质量空速、反应压力对N-EA收率的影响。结果表明:Cu 0.75 Co 0.25 Al_(2)O_(4)尖晶石催化合成N-EA的最优工艺条件为反应温度240℃、质量空速1.2h-1、醇胺摩尔比为2.25、反应压力3MPa,此时N-EA收率可达81.56%,选择性高达90.82%。Cu_(x)Co_(1-x)Al_(2)O_(4)(x=1,0.75,0.5,0.25,0)series spinel catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method using nitrate as metal source and NaOH as precipitator.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XRF,XPS,SEM,N 2 absorption-desorption and NH_(3)^(-)TPD.N-ethylaniline(N-EA)was synthesized using ethanol as an alkylating agent of aniline.The effects of catalyst element composition,reaction temperature,molar ratio of amine to alcohol,mass space velocity and reaction pressure on the yield of N-EA were investigated.The results showed that the N-EA yield of Cu 0.75 Co 0.25 Al_(2)O_(4)was 81.56%and the selectivity was as high as 90.82%under the optimum conditions of temperature of 240℃,mass space velocity of 1.2h-1,molar ratio of alcohol to amine of 2.25 and pressure of 3MPa.
