摘 要:以乙酸锌为锌源,硝酸铁为铁源,采用水热合成法制备了掺铁氧化锌(Fe-ZnO)复合光催化剂,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱仪、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪等对其进行分析和表征。以罗丹明B(RhB)溶液为目标污染物,研究了Fe-ZnO复合光催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明,当铁掺杂量为2%(质量分数)且投加量为50mg时,Fe-ZnO复合光催化剂具有优异的光催化性能,对RhB的降解率达到90.66%,比纯ZnO降解率高约30%。自由基捕获实验表明,光催化降解RhB的主要活性物质是超氧自由基·O^(-)_(2)。Fe-doped ZnO(Fe-ZnO)composite photocatalysts were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using zinc acetate as the zinc source and iron nitrate as the iron source,which were analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectrometer.The photocatalytic performance of the Fe-ZnO composite photocatalyst was investigated using Rhodamine B(Rh-B)solution as the target pollutant.The results showed that the Fe-ZnO composite photocatalyst had excellent photocatalytic performance when the iron doping was 2%(mass fraction)and the dosing amount was 50mg,and the degradation rate for Rh-B reached 90.66%,which was about 30%higher than that of pure ZnO.The free radical trapping experiments indicated that the main active substance for photocatalytic degradation of Rh-B was superoxide radical·O^(-)_(2).
