摘 要:以二水钨酸钠、市售椰壳活性炭(AC)和硝酸银为原料,采用先高温煅烧获得WO_(3)/AC、后共沉淀法制备Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC复合材料,并以罗丹明B(RhB)为模拟污染物,考察WO_(3)/AC掺杂量对复合材料光催化性能的影响。结果表明:Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC光催化降解RhB是活性炭吸附作用和光催化降解协同作用的结果,掺杂WO_(3)能有效阻止电子-空穴对复合从而增加其光催化活性。随着WO_(3)/AC掺杂比例的增加,其光催化性能先增加后降低,当掺杂比例为20%时最优。当Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC投加量为0.5g/L、RhB溶液浓度为5mg/L时,在15W、254nm紫外光下降解60min其降解率达到94.3%,较WO_(3)和Ag_(3)PO_(4)分别提高85.1%和83.5%。经过3次循环实验,降解率仍能达到81.73%,表明Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC光催化剂具有较好的稳定性。Using sodium tungstate dihydrate,commercially available coconut shell activated carbon(AC)and silver nitrate as raw materials,WO_(3)/AC was first obtained by high-temperature calcination,and then Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC composites were prepared by co-precipitation method.Rhodamine B(RhB)was used as a simulated pollutant to investigate the effect of doping amount of WO_(3)/AC on the photocatalytic performance of the composites.The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation of RhB by Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC was the result of the synergistic effect of activated carbon adsorption and photocatalytic degradation,and the doping of WO_(3)could effectively prevent the recombination of electron-hole pairs and increase its photocatalytic activity.With the increase of WO_(3)/AC doping ratio,the photocatalytic performance increased first and then decreased.When the doping ratio was 20%,the photocatalytic performance was the best.When the dosage of Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC was 0.5g/L and the concentration of RhB solution was 5mg/L,the degradation rate reached 94.31%at 15W and 254nm ultraviolet light for 60 min,which was 85.1%and 83.5%higher than that of WO_(3)and Ag_(3)PO_(4),respectively.After three cycles of experiments,the degradation rate could still be maintained at about 81.73%,indicating that the Ag_(3)PO_(4)@WO_(3)/AC photocatalyst had good stability.
