摘 要:采用乙醇作为溶剂,将高效抗菌组分N-卤胺抗菌剂1-氯-2,2,5,5-四甲基-咪唑啉哃(MC)引入纤维素纳米丝/水性聚氨酯(CNF/WPU)复合膜体系,通过溶液浇筑法制备了透明CNF/WPU-MC抗菌复合膜,探讨了工艺条件对复合膜机械性能、外观形貌、氯含量、溶胀性、质量损失率的影响,并得出最佳工艺参数。在此基础上,研究了抗菌复合膜的结构、抗菌性能、存储稳定性等。结果表明,CNF/WPU-MC抗菌复合膜具有优异的吸湿性和机械性能,且能够在5min接触时间内使接种的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌菌株失活,具有快速杀菌特性,可为包装用抗菌薄膜材料的研发及应用提供理论基础和科学依据。Using ethanol as a solvent,the highly efficient antibacterial component N-halamine antibacterial agent,1-chloro-2,2,5,5-methyl-imidazoline(MC),was introduced into the cellulose nanofibrils/waterborne polyurethane(CNF/WPU)composite membrane system.Then transparent antibacterial composite membranes(CNF/WPU-MC)were obtained by solution-casting process.The effects of process conditions on the mechanical properties,surface morphology,chlorine content,swelling property,and mass loss rate of the composite membranes were explored,and the optimal parameters were determined.On this basis,the apparent structure,antibacterial properties,and storage stability were also investigated.According to the results,CNF/WPU-MC showed excellent hygroscopicity and mechanical properties.Meanwhile,the composite membrane could inactivate the inoculated Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli within 5min of contact,laying a theoretical and practical foundation for the development and application of packaging antibacterial membrane materials.
