摘 要:为了研究挤扩支盘桩-地梁加固体系中关键尺寸参数对软土路基处置效果的影响,基于潮汕环线支盘桩加固路基的工程实际,建立起三维有限元分析模型并充分验证;进一步地采用正交试验法,以路堤沉降最大值和桩顶荷载分担比为试验指标,进行挤扩支盘桩桩径、桩间距、桩长、地梁厚度四类因素的敏感性分析。结果表明:在支盘桩加固体系中不同因素的敏感程度存在显著差异;对于沉降最大值敏感性较高的因素依次为桩长、桩间距以及桩径,而对于荷载分担比敏感性较高的因素为桩间距。此外,桩长和桩径的变化显著地影响沉降最值的变化,但对荷载分担比的影响并不突出,应综合沉降控制和经济性要求合理地取值;相对密集的支盘桩间距并未显著提高两项试验指标,实际设计可取4.0~4.75 m为宜。地梁厚度不是沉降和荷载分担指标的主导控制因素,在无配筋约束下建议优先考虑0.5~0.6 m为宜。To study the influence of crucial parameters on the treatment effectiveness of soft subgrade in the squeezed branch piles-ground beam reinforcement system,a three-dimensional finite element model was established and fully verified based on the engineering practical of Shantou Ring Express.Furthermore,orthogonal experimental method was adopted to conduct sensitivity of four factors of pile diameter,pile spacing,pile length and ground beam thickness.The results indicate that there are significant differences in the sensitivity of different factors in the reinforcement system of support piles.The factors that are more sensitive to the maximum settlement are pile length,pile spacing,and pile diameter,while the factors that are more sensitive to the load sharing ratio are pile spacing.In addition,changes in pile length and diameter significantly affect the variation of the maximum settlement value,but their impact on the load sharing ratio is not prominent.Therefore,a reasonable value should be determined based on comprehensive settlement control and economic requirements.The relatively dense spacing between support piles did not significantly improve the two test indicators,and the actual design can be taken as 4.0~4.75 m.The thickness of the ground beam is not the dominant control factor for settlement and load sharing indicators.It is recommended to prioritize 0.5~0.6 m without reinforcement constraints.
