摘　　要：为了解当下黑龙江省医学生性保护及生殖保健方面的现状,掌握医学生对性保护和性保健知识的掌握状态。通过查阅文献、面对面访谈等方式,提炼关键因素、编制调查问卷,以哈尔滨医科大学1800名在校医学生为对象,对目前医学生性保护及生殖保健方面的现状进行调查,共回收1765份问卷,统计分析结果显示,黑龙江省医学生性行为相对保守,性保健及性行为保护方面的知识仍欠缺,高校应加强医学生性健康及性心理方面的教育,探索多形式的性教育模式,保障医学生的性生理健康。In order to understand the status quo of sexual protection and reproductive health of medical undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province,and to grasp the status of medical students’knowledge of sexual protection and sexual health care,this paper extracts key factors and develops questionnaires through literature review,face-to-face interview and other methods.1800 medical students in Harbin Medical University are taken as subjects to investigate and a total of 1765 questionnaires are collected for statistical analysis.The results showed that medical sexual behavior in Heilongjiang Province is relatively conservative.The knowledge of sexual health care and sexual behavior protection is still lacking.Colleges and universities should strengthen the sexual health and sexual psychology education of medical students,explore multi-form sexual education mode,and improve the sexual and physiological health of medical students.
