摘 要:新工科背景下,社会对高校应用型人才培养提出了新要求,当前我国土地资源管理专业硕士研究生在培养实践层面的成效和人才质量不尽如人意,高校传统的人才培养模式亟须改革调整。充分利用实践教学环境和科技创新活动深化教育教学模式改革。建立实践能力与理论理解双达标的培养体系,是促进土地资源管理研究生培养模式深化改革的基础,也是实现应用型专业学位研究生教育培养目标的当务之急。在明确土地资源管理应用型硕士培养目标的基础上,分析当前应用型硕士培养中存在的问题,以改革思维方式及创新与应用能力为“突破口”,构建新工科背景下应用型硕士培养模式,对教学模式和课程设置提出建议。Under the background of emerging engineering education,new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of application-oriented talents in colleges and universities.At present,the effectiveness and quality of the cultivation of master’s degree students in land resource management in China are not satisfactory.The traditional talent cultivation model in colleges and universities needs to be reformed and adjusted urgently.We should make full use of the practical teaching environment and scientific and technological innovation activities to deepen the reform of the education and teaching model.The cultivation system of achieving the double standard of practical ability and theoretical understanding is the basis for deepening the reform of the cultivation mode of graduate students in land resource management,and it is also an urgent task to achieve the cultivation goal of graduate education for applied professional degrees.On the basis of defining the training objectives of applied masters in land resource management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current training of applied masters,takes innovation and application ability training as the“breakthrough”,constructs the training mode of applied masters under the background of emerging engineering education,and puts forward targeted suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
