摘  要:学生党员“继续”教育质量关乎高校基层党组织政治功能的发挥,关乎立德树人目标的落实。当前学生党员“继续”教育存在“继续”教育重视不足、“继续”教育规划无统筹、“继续”教育方式有局限等问题。为解决这些问题,高校可以以思想引领为基础,丰富教育内容,挖掘学生党员“继续”教育的深度,以活动打造为重点,创新教育载体形式,拓宽学生党员“继续”教育的广度,以制度考评为导向,完善教育保障,提升学生党员“继续”教育的效度。通过“三维度”之间的有机结合,促进学生党员“继续”教育提质增效。The quality of“continuing”education for student Party members is related to the political function of grassroots Party organizations in higher education institutions and the implementation of the goal of building morality and cultivating talents.At present,there are problems in the“continuing”education of student Party members,such as the lack of emphasis on the status of“continuing”education,the lack of overall planning for“continuing”education,and the limitations of“continuing”education methods.Faced with these problems,universities can take ideological guidance as the foundation,enrich educational content,tap into the depth of“continuing”education for student Party members,focus on activity building,innovate the situation of educational carriers,broaden the breadth of“continuing”education for student Party members,take institutional evaluation as the guidance,improve educational security,and enhance the effectiveness of“continuing”education,through the organic combination of“three dimensions”,promote the quality and efficiency of“continuing”education for student Party members.
