摘　　要：该文以同济大学成立“大飞机班”为契机,锚定卓越航空工程师培养,在调研国内外航空航天类本科人才培养特点的基础上,探索通专融合、进阶式学习的专业人才培养模式,构建同济大学跨专业“大飞机班”培养计划和课程体系。该文提出的跨专业通专融合、进阶学习的培养模式助力同济大学飞行器和力学两个专业获评国家一流专业,在高水平工程人才培养过程中发挥重要作用。This paper takes the establishment of Tongji University's"large aircraft class"as an opportunity to anchor the cultivation of outstanding aviation engineers.Based on the research of the characteristics of undergraduate talent cultivation in aviation and aerospace at home and abroad,it explores the professional talent cultivation model of integrating general education and Stepwise learning,and constructs Tongji University's interdisciplinary"large aircraft class"training plan and curriculum system.The interdisciplinary integration and Stepwise learning training model proposed in the paper has helped Tongji University's two majors,Aircraft and Mechanics,to be recognized as national first-class majors,playing an important role in the process of cultivating high-level engineering talents.
