摘　　要：针对企业档案知识服务场景化需求,探析场景画像描述方法,提出涵盖场景定位、场景目标、服务主体、服务客体、数据资源、服务方式的档案知识服务场景画像六元组模型,并以“科研驾驶舱”场景为例进一步解释该场景画像描述方法,以期为企业提供更加科学、系统的档案知识服务路径,推动企业档案管理与业务发展的深度融合,为企业的数字化转型和创新发展提供有力支撑。Addressing the scenario-based demands of enterprise archive knowledge service,this paper explores methods for describing scenario portrait and proposes a six-tuple model for archive knowledge service scenario portrait,encompassing scenario positioning,scenario goals,service providers,service recipients,data resources,and service methods.Taking the "Scientific Research Dashboard" scenario as an example,this scenario portrait description method is deeply demonstrated.It aims to provide enterprises with more scientific and systematic paths for archive knowledge service,promote the deep integration of enterprise archive management with business development,and provide support for enterprises' digital transformation and innovation development.
