摘  要:文章针对储能参与电力调度优化问题,探讨了不同类型的优化求解方法,包括确定性优化方法、随机优化方法和智能优化方法。通过算例分析,验证了基于储能的电力调度模型的有效性和优越性。相比传统调度方法,储能的参与可显著提升系统经济性、可再生能源消纳水平和电网灵活性。为推动储能参与电力调度,文章提出了加大储能技术研发投入、完善电价机制和补贴政策、建立健全行业标准和规范等政策建议,为促进储能产业发展和电力系统低碳转型提供参考。This article explores different types of optimization methods for energy storage participating in power dispatch optimization,including deterministic optimization methods,stochastic optimization methods,and intelligent optimization methods.The effectiveness and superiority of the energy storage based power dispatch model have been verified through case analysis.Compared to traditional scheduling methods,the participation of energy storage can significantly improve system economy,renewable energy consumption level,and grid flexibility.To promote the participation of energy storage in power dispatch,this article proposes policy recommendations such as increasing investment in energy storage technology research and development,improving electricity pricing mechanisms and subsidy policies,establishing and improving industry standards and norms,providing reference for promoting the development of the energy storage industry and low﹣carbon transformation of the power system.
