摘　　要：近年来,随着配电网项目的开展,客观准确地进行配电网状态评价成为确保配电网项目可持续发展的关键。但配电网现行评价指标存在数量过多、体系复杂、随机性强且划分不明确等问题。文章介绍了评价指标体系构建原则及构建流程,探讨了评价指标体系的具体构建内容,提出了一种基于OPA赋权指标的评价方法,以此确定指标权重。文章构建的指标体系可以进一步确定配电网运行状态,对于优化配电网的运行提供了有效的指导和效用。In recent years,with the development of distribution network projects,objectively and accurately evaluating the status of distribution networks has become the key to ensuring the sustainable development of distribution network projects.However,the current evaluation indicators for the distribution network have problems such as excessive quantity,complex system,strong randomness,and unclear division.The article introduces the principles and process of constructing an evaluation system,explores the specific content of constructing an evaluation index system,and proposes an evaluation method based on OPA method for weighting indicators to determine their weights.The indicator system constructed in the article can further determine the operating status of the distribution network,providing effective guidance and utility for optimizing the operation of the distribution network.
